   Let us talk about Implementation:
·       Improve water quality by reducing pollution
·       eliminating dumping
·       minimizing release of hazardous chemicals and materials
·       halving the proportion of untreated wastewater
·       increase recycling and safe reuse globally
·       implement integrated water resources management at all levels, including through trans-boundary cooperation as appropriate
2.    Monitoring:
·       increase the efficiency of water-use across all sectors and ensure that sustainable withdrawals are being made, and supply of freshwater to address water scarcity.  

Note*: the cost of the implementation strategy is unknown.

     Climate Change:
·       Agriculture: accounts for 70% of all water consumption versus the 20% for industry and 10% for domestic use.

     Resources:
The expansion of international cooperation and capacity-building will support the developing countries in water- and sanitation-related activities such as:
·       activities programs
·       including water harvesting
·       desalination
·       water efficiency
·       wastewater treatment
·       recycling and reuse technologies
 2030 Water Resources Group: drive action on water resources reform in water stressed developing countries.
